I've said most of what I wanted to say about Michael Jackson's passing except for one thing.

Leave him alone.

Now is not the time to be discussing any prior misdeeds he was accused of and found not guilty in committing (I strongly doubt it was true the first time, and I REALLY doubt it the second, far too much has come out about his accuser and his family that makes his whole story completely questionable), a man is dead. Let's focus on what's important here, like the three young children who are grieving for their father, his siblings who have lost their brother and his mother has to watch her son be put into the ground.

I don't care how you felt about him, think about them. There isn't a mother on this earth who deserves to bury her own child, no mother ever thinks that they will outlive their children and her pain must be immense.

Let his family have some time to come to terms with their grief in peace, without having to hear about what kind person their father/son/brother might have been.

Now if you'll excuse me Imaginary Readers, I'm going to listen to You Are Not Alone for the fifth time today.

Hokay, currently having one of the most awkward AIM conversations ever.

So there's a guy I from Gaia that I've known for a while, I haven't exactly been talking to him at all lately, not because of any bad e-blood between us but more because I just haven't had the urge to talk to him.

Here's the thing, a few years ago he was the one person I confided in, when I was feeling like I had hit the lowest point in my life he was the person I leaned on for support. He was able to help me sift through my issues and sort them out and he never told a soul.

I knew back then that he had some feelings towards me, and I admit I harbored some of my own, it wasn't too rare for our IMs to go from playful to covert flirting. But that was as far as I was willing to take it.

We danced around the whole thing for a while, neither one of us admitting anything to the other, until a mutual (ex)friend of ours pretty much decided to make both of us fess up.

Yeah, that was the most awkward conversation I've ever had ever.

He said he had a crush on me, but he didn't know if he could actually be with me, and I told him that I couldn't be with him because I don't do online relationships (Nothing against them, just not my thing. I'm a tactile person, I need to be able to touch someone) and that was the end of it.

After that we just went back to normal sort of, our chats were still playful and goofy but without any of the flirting from before, which is sort of a relief but it's just different and awkward at the same time. Then a few months later he went off to college, started man-whoring his way through most of the female student body and had less time to chat.

I've come to accept that our friendship will never be what it used to be, it's just too awkward. And now I've come to dread anytime I go on AIM and see his name online in my buddylist.

Now here I am, trying to have a conversation with him after months of not hearing a word from him. God this is so stupid. Please excuse this babble imaginary readers.

I fail, so hard.

For one, I haven't updated this thing in ages, so hi imaginary readers! How are you? Good, say hi to your mother for me.

And... VGC? Kinda dead. Cause I completely forgot about EVERYTHING. I seriously don't know if I'll ever finish this but I have to keep trying for the sake of my sanity.

Mother's Day was pleasant, spent time with the fam, saw Wolverine (And I don't know if this is just wishful thinking or what, but I swear I saw something flapping about during the waterfall jump scene), played RE5... And that's about it. Also saw my cousin in his school's production of High School Musical, and he was actually good. He stood out playing one of the drama geeks, and even though he didn't have any lines he was funny.

Oh, and I'm RPing with jennally for the... 3rd time? Thelema doesn't count since we haven't actually done anything yet. CAUSE IT KEEPS DYING. But yeah, it's a revamp of the same RP we started a year and a half ago, only everyone's roles have been switched and I'm playing a guy now.

That's... About it.

Okay I fail so hard.

Breezed through the end of Twilight Princess, now I don't know why I never beat it before now.

Xenosaga... Is coming along, I found out I don't need to be as high leveled as I thought I did. But I'm still irrationally leveling anyway, I think it's some sort of mind control program that's standard in JRPGs that makes you WANT to go through the level grind.

Almost reminds me of dear old Fly For Fail.

Next agenda, Silent Hill 3. I'm halfway through the Underpass, and I hope to be at least up to the part where I actual go to Silent Hill by the weekend.

Yayayayay I'm awesome.

I figured out why, after a lot of effort on my part, this little fic (I'm going to stop calling them ficlets cause with my tendency to babble all of them are going to end up as full blown fics, and is it really fanfic if you're writing about characters you've created in an original universe?) for one of my old RPCs wasn't working. It's because I was writing it entirely wrong.

So, fic's basically my character dancing in a tavern (Yes it was a geeky high fantasy RP, I liked it, sue me), but I completely missed the mark on what I was trying for, instead of showing why she was dancing and how it made her feel I went off on a long ramble about how she learned to dance in the first place.

So I selected all of that and hit backspace.

I'm starting over, and this time I have a very firm grasp on what I want to do with this and how to accomplish this. Maybe this writing thing won't be so bad after all.
